Dubway recently hosted a commentary session for the feature film “Murder in the First” (1995, starring Christian Slater, Kevin Bacon, and Gary Oldman), engineered by Teddy McPeek. The session featured renowned Director of Photography, Fred Murphy, providing insight into the visual storytelling, with remote direction by international film producer and distributor, StudioCanal.

Engineered by Elijah Sheets, the session featured actor Famke Famke Janssen and utilized Source Connect to patch in producers based in Brussels—another example of Dubway’s seamless integration with international production teams.

ADR Session for "The Undercard" at Dubway
Dubway recently hosted an ADR session with engineer Zoltán Sindhu for the upcoming TV drama “The Undercard” produced by and starring comedy legend Wanda Sykes. Positioned as a breakout series, “The Undercard” is set and filmed in Puerto Rico, centering on a struggling boxer navigating personal and professional battles. Actor Hiram Delgado came into the studio to record lines for the project.

Dubway Delivers Sound for Poetic Short "hija de Florinda"
Dubway Studios provided audio post-production for “hija de Florinda”, a lyrical short film by Shenny De Los Angeles and Amanda Morell (iiritu).
Set in the Florida Everglades, the film is a tribute to Black Caribbean matriarchs and the sacred link between protecting land and lineage. A sensory blend of memory, folklore, and love, hija de Florinda is as moving to hear as it is to watch.
The film will screen at the Third Horizon Film Festival in Miami at the end of May.
